Slate Belt Rising is administered as a Neighborhood Partnership Program (NPP) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development, with NPP funding provided by Fidelity Bank, Waste Management, and First Northern Bank and Trust. Additional funding is provided by the County of Northampton, ESSA Bank & Trust, Blue Triton Brands, and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. This program is also financed in part by a grant from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, under the administration of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development.
